UPDATE ON PROJECTS & PROGRAMMES

It is with much pleasure to create this newsletter to give the updates of the ongoing projects and programmes of Christ Global Compassion Outreach Ministries.

The Ministries came into the existence with the help of God and the people of God and so we saw it deem fit to appraise you with the happenings around the camp site called Christ Compassion Garden and the vicinities of operations.

The foundation of the auditorium of the camp was laid on 22nd November 2014. The work progresses up till lintel level while a quarter side was roofed for the purpose of regular meetings. The first meeting in the auditorium was conducted on 13th July 2017 with 15 people in attendance.

Meanwhile, a prayer and spiritual awareness programme kick-started at d Camp site in July 2016 with only 4 people in attendance and continue monthly till now with attendance coming from far and near to receive spiritual blessings from the Lord.

The programme usually features regular testimonies from previous programmes, prayer sessions, sermon for the day, songs ministration and interactive sessions and so on.

The vision of the convener of the programme is to sensitized, energize and create a conductive atmosphere for the people of God who have been burdened down with a load of troubles, challenges, oppositions, limitations in life for them to tap the grace of God for a new living.

Also, for the participants to understand their positions in Christ and what God has planned for each of us in His kingdom.

The vision also extends to the less privileged and needy at different locations to encourage them in their situations and offer a helping hand in various capacity. Steps have been taken in reaching out to the concerned needy in our neighborhoods. Firstly, our team went about to distribute shoes and sandals of about 500 pairs which was combined with prayers and word of encouragement to the beneficiaries.

Also, we have our medical team with *Pastor Joseph Dosumu* that visited some rural places to distribute nonprescription drugs and the people we're prayed for and given free medical talks and observation. The medical unit is active and reaching out to more places for medical outreaches.

Recently, our team hosted 59 widows that were so helpless in their conditions and blessed them with foodstuff. They were prayed for as well and motivated to hive their whole lives to Jesus Christ to sustain them and their families.

It is also part of the initiative to give a supportive hand to growing churches around us. We offer advice, make our team available to support in their logistics plan and offer our resources both human and material.

Christ Global Compassion Outreach Ministries have so much contributed in building solders of God and offering empowerment to everyone God brings alongside some people who never had the opportunities of serving in the body of God were recruited, trained and given platform to express themselves.

The empowerment initiative for young believers and inactive people of God is in connection to the vision God gave to the founder, Pastor Joseph Adeyemi Dosumu to ensure believers are raised at this end -time to cause great revival in our communities and society at large.

Children and youth are not in any way left out of the projects of the ministries, they are focused and planned for to groom them for the lord and make them a useful vessels for the body of Christ.

As we acknowledge earlier on that the work of our ministries would not have been possible if not for God and supports from all our partners, friends and well-wishers. We will forever be grateful to God for the way God has used and still using you for the work of God.

We would like you to know that God has been touching and changing lives of many people through the is Ministries and the work is moving on greatly. We still need your support and prayer for the work here in Nigeria, West African.

The current project on the evangelism Outreach is about to commence and we have some limitations in purchasing all the necessary equipment as itemized earlier on page 3, We will appreciate whatever the Lord lay in your heart to support the programme which we know our God will reward you duly (Hebrew 6:10). Whatever you do for this project will definitely serve as a tool in the hand of God to transform a life of someone in our communities.

It is our prayer that God will lift you up, bless you more and more as you rise to our need for support at this time.
